1 of the biggest reasons I go is to see any new baits or tackle out there. I was looking to get a new reel. All I was able to buy was a couple bags of rubber and some hooks.
The USA marine show is small but they have quite a bit of baits hooks spinerbaits and that is free to get in

Offer free table or something..seemed like i was walking through a cheesy flea market instead of a fishing Expo..great if i wanted a rubber band opperated pistol but not to great for us guys who havent caught a fish in 2 months and have all this fun money building up in our pockets burning a hole in it...If you guys find away to get atleast a few more BASS vendors up there i would return
I agree with Jerry and Steve, also if we could get some Manufacturers there too instead of just retailers. I remember at the show last year that was at the Worcester Centrum, there was st. croix, shimano a whole crap loat of actual companies. I definitely would like to see more bass fishing stuff there! I was thinking the flea market going to be good, cause i'm cheap and love used stuff, but when we got there, I didn't see a single booth set up
Great! thats the feed back we need. I will pass this along to the powres to be. There was a couple of tables of used stuff(3) they sold out in a couple of hours. The guy trying to set up the used stuff flee market, dident get much of a response, I was pleased to see what did turn up.I enjoyed the show and all shows, I go to see the guys and meet new people, I dont worry about new stuff I have too much now.We need more input like thies sugestions to make it a better show, we are learnig, and trying to fill up the spaces, even the rug merchants help pay the hefty rental cost.Thanks again, Rod

hope i didnt come off wrong..I know it cant be easy getting these things put together..I think you just need to go put some people in some head locks and get them to buy tables
Not at all,we need to know what is wrong with the program if it is going to be a good take. I would have thought the flee market /used fishing thing would have been bigger.I am looking forward to talking to Rob and see what he says about factory reps and product makers.
what Aaron & Jerry said is also the way I look at it. Tackle reps. Rods, reels,. The flee mkt would have been cool. Yeah we say we won't be back

Are you coming to the Northern Rally? It's going to be a good time. Don't know if you ever fished Cobbe. before but the place is awesome and the hosts make you fell like your at home. Nothing better than walking out your door and stepping in your boat and go fishing. So did you reserve a room yet?

Alright, so what is this open house and where is it.....
It is a Skeeter dealer in Hudson N.H. Every year they have an open house with all the new boats and tackle vendors. There is no admission.
I went to woods boat and motor in Rhode Island today,(sat),And checked out a new 206 so I don't think I'll escape for another full day for another dealership
If you can talk Rod into going to Cobby then I can go to Winni and get me some of those hawgs without him getting them first...lol

Rod, did you get the OK from the boss on going to the Northern Rally? Maybe a trip to the jewelers would seal the deal
