Aaron, how did aba go? Anyone else? I decided to stay close and fish the River Team Trail (alone). I weighed a limit of smallies, but nothing of size, 8+. I lost a 4lber as it jumped by the boat and that may have atleast given me lunker... woulda, shoulda, coulda. Winning weight was 16+, lm and sm. I had throttle problems and didn't go north like i planned. I did catch a 12lb+ catfish on 8lb test. I thought I had a new world record... for a couple beautiful minutes. Second place guy weighed 5 carbon copy smallies, each 3lb+. It was good to be out and I enjoyed the experience. Tubes and stickbaits did the bulk of duty. Dave H in Easthampton, MA

last thing. i went and bought a couple new Flat maxx cranks by Manns. Flat with no rattle, sounds good. So i throw one and think that its fouled. try it again and same thing!!! Man i hate that! Useless, and now i have to take "em back.
