    Stale gas worries

Well the rig ( 75 ETEC & 17.5f Misty River ) is still in the garage ...since last oct.

Hospitalized in the Spring and now missing a few (3) toe tips chewed by the lawn mower 2 weeks ago, I haven't started the engine nor fished one bit.

The gas tank was filled up last oct with fresh gas and 2+4 gas treatment

I siphonned out 5-6 gallons for the lawn tractor a month ago.

What is the general feeling about the remaining gas in the boat's tank and
    the engine itself ??

Can this wait another month or so or should I siphon the whole tank dry, refill the tank and run from fresh gas into the engine running on ear muffs with 2+4

p.s. NEVER and I mean NEVER pull the lawn mower backwards !!
(I tripped over a lawn stove and pulled the mower over my right foot!!)

wear satefy shoes....took me 40 years to learn so you may as well profit
    from my mistake !

Your E-tec will be fine. Get healed up. I remember when I was a kid growing up, seems like a couple of guys in a neighboring town decided it would be much quicker to take a rotary mower and use it for a hedge clipper. On paper it looked good but in practicality well not too good if you can imagine. .
