Guys,
I have a 200 Venom on me Fathers old 392 ranger.

Serial # G03295655
She is a bear to start first thing in the morning. Once warmed up no problems the rest of the day but the system I have to do to start her is crazy.
Pump the bulb
push the key in and out 3 times
Start the engine as I'm pumping the key choke.
She may kick over a couple times run for a 10 seconds then stumble out
if I catch it right and pump a coouple more times she stays going and runs through the warm up.
Once throught the warm up runs great
I keep her under 5800 RMS and at idle she pumps 15 PSI water WOT It pegs past 30PSI
Any help, suggestions or even just comments about the engine.
