    Splicing Power Cables?

Hopefully this is not a terrible stupid idea - but it wouldn't be my first or last one, most likely.

Dealer installed a 93 SV+ on my boat bow last Spring. Loved it all year, zero issues yada yada.

This year I'm adding another 93 SV+ to the Bow so I can have one dedicated to LiveScope. Stacking them and have networking all figured out (thanks to guys on here!), etc.

The ONLY thing I need is Power to the graph now - everything else is there or set already with previous rigging.

Should I run power to my counsel fuse panel or could I tie into existing power line if I keep separate fuses? This might be an awful idea and that's fine (be honest haha) - just seeing if I can save a butt load of time and wiring if I don't have to.

(What honestly even made me think about this was my ice bundle set-up... Garmin has the LiveScope and 93 SV+ dual harness that made this much cleaner than in years past - https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/689873)

I have done that on my bay boat but had 10 ga power wire run up to the bow for the first unit. Running wire to the bow in this boat is a real pita so I just tied into that feed wire where the other unit was spliced in. Had not problems. Don

    Thanks guys!

If I have 10 ga up there, I'm doing that to be honest now that I see its at least doable. My fuse panel is under the counsel and there is a pretty clean wire channel running there in my boat so its not a complete nightmare, but I'm all about being as clean / efficient as possible so don't mess with things if you don't have to lol.
