    Lake Shelbyville water temp?

Anyone know the water temp down by the dam? Is it worth trying to catch bass? I am thinking about going Monday December 26th.....Thanks

If it isn't hard water, it'd be worth it.

36-38 depending on time of day. I haven't been down by the dam but it should be close. They are dropping to winter pool so the dam flow is significant. Bass will be very tough but crappie are very good on the north end. I know a lot of guys fish for musky below the dam when they are releasing water.
