i can only assume this is the case. idles fine try to get up water and it boogs down like prop pitch is to much even with a 19 pitch on it. modle # is j150ilecr serial # is g04491771. is there supposed to be a wire coming from this end of connecter like other end? any help is greatly appreciated.
