Sept 19th Shriners Hospitals for Children benefit team tournament

Sunday, September 19th there will be a benefit tournament held on Lake Springfield for the Shriners Hospitals for Children. The hosts for this tournament are Champaign County Bassmasters and the Illini Shrine Club of Champaign. applications can be obtained by emailing ecamacho@mchsi.com, backlash1999@gmail.com or gdroneys@sbcglobal.net. it's a team tournament at a cost of $150.00. Takeoff by entry received date. $10 to big bass, top 10 % of field gets $100, $40 goes to the hospital.

Pre tournament meeting Saturday eve at Travel Lodge on 3751 south 6th street at 5:00 p.m. with raffle of donated prizes.



Please come out and support this fine organization on a great lake.

This is a great time to help the kids with this tournament. We will take entries up until thirty minutes before launch and we are waving the late fee for all. Please bring your Insurance info for the boat and make this a great turn out, and of course your money. Meeting 5pm Travel Lodge 3751 S. 6Th Springfield, IL. 217-529-5511 for rooms, Golden Coral very close. By the way I forgot to tell you we have a waiver from ILDNR to make the limit 14 inches - 5 fish per team. We will launch from Lindsay Bridge ramp. If we get enough we will pay down 10 places and one Big Bass.
Entry $150, $40 to Hospital, $10 Big Bass Pot, remainder to pay out.

Making that 14 inch limit will triple the amount of fish weighed. Should be a fun tournament!
