I have 2 that I got 2 years ago and love them. As far as Duckett he had his new company up quick so I think that was in the works before he left. They have singed some new pros since then.

Ive got a few, and only had one break. First fish i caught on it, broke at the handly on hook set, but you can feel a bass breath on those things. If your looking for a power rod go another route. Other than that i like em

You know they do make rods you can feel with that dont break on the first hook set!?!?

Never owned one due to the problems I heard, and watching my partner break one after the other. He broke one in 3 places on a 3lber in March, broke a spinning rod (roll casting it, no hook set or anything). All together he has broke four, while I was yanking em out the bushes with my Castaway Skeleton!!! Now Duckett's new Micro Magic, that's the $hit!!! Anxious to see how the flipping stick holds up to braid and grass. Only time will tell, might be just like the Carrots??!!

you hook up with me and well sho nuff go salt water fishin, i gots the rig and now i gots the baits but i can fresh water fish too,, have boat will travel hope to get a lil october fishin in but the havein another surgery on the 11 of october so i doubt i get much water time
