Lakes are not any busier than a summer weekend here. Water is still cold for tubing, mostly people fishing.

There's no apostrophe
I’ll be on the most stump/tree infested lakes around here this weekend, and I’ll almost be all by myself.
I decided that I did not wanna miss out on this fun. I've posted the pic on every social media site that I could think of. Now, I gotta hurry down to the ramp before everyone shows up.

Only bass boats? Can you not handle those short little jet ski trailers?
I have never forgotten to put in the drain plug or take one rear tie down strap off while trying to launch.
Only stupid people do that.
I live by Kentucky Lake. We’ve spent many holiday weekends sitting at the boat ramps while watching people trying to load their boats after being out drinking all day.
I’ve often wanted to hold up score cards for some of them.
You're not wrong. I can back a friend's tandem EZ Loader like I've had the boat since new (boat is an 01 Champion). My single axle Xpress trailer can be a pill if you're not really paying attention. That said, when he had a GM it was harder for me because I'm used to how the rack acts on a Ram. Little things make a big difference.

Is that small spot with someone already on it really worth finding out the hard way they don't like company? Keep it a mystery and go somewhere else.
Yeah, I just bought a shorter Boat with a single axle trailer, last one I had was almost 30 years ago...Fixin to have to go to a parking lot to retrain my brain and maybe start dropping the tailgate cause I can't see the backend when making small adjustments, so for now I look like a drunk when backing up
Any sunny weekend around here are full of entertaining mouth breathers launching and retrieving their boats plenty of entertainment if you’re into watching.

Lake wasn't too busy today. Also can't do anything that involves getting in the water so just another Sunday with maybe a few extras that might have been avoiding the party lakes.

With all the high water levels and storms around us some of the lakes are slow this year
Umm, OK so you've never gotten distracted and missed something while prepping the boat for launch?Hopefully you were being sarcastic.
I did forget one of the transom straps just a few weeks after buying my first boat. Someone was with me and got distracted. I've also forgotten the plug a handful of times and most of those times it's because I was distracted during my pre-launch routine. I now do a full circle around the boat to double check everything but one rule remains in effect. NEVER talk to someone while they're prepping their boat to go in the water.
The guy that posted the pic of the sign is a pretty good trailer backer. Any takers would be in good hands.

Glad you're human just like everyone else
I always fill up on the way home from the lake so I don't have to touch a gas pump on the way to the lake. Gauge on the boat is nowhere near accurate but the NEMA gallons used counter is. Trip before last the motor was on fumes when it went on the trailer. Didn't run out at least and usually don't let it get THAT low but did that time for science and a good turnover.
