She huffed and told him she can park wherever she wants and people need to learn to have patience. Cop overheard it and parked in front of her, then had another car pull up behind. They blocked her in and went to go get lunch. She walked out then came in screaming how inconsiderate they were. The cop just laughed and told her she needs to learn to have patience. Gave her a hard time about being entitled and blocking business then moved.

the people who use the pumps as a parking spot are that level of inconsiderate.
The pump handles are usually long enough that you can pump diesel with the hose over the top of their car. Since they arnt even using it, the sale is ready to be made. Its not rude its just treating others how they treat you. Its funny to see peoples faces when my truck is parked perpendicular in front of their pos so that i can fill up while they do their scratchoffs inside. Life's too short to wait for stupid inconsiderate people.

I usually go to the easiest pump to get in and out. I honestly don't look if the spot has diesel just if it has what I need.
At my station yes, it has diesel and non ethanol fuel. I sometimes buy the non ethanol for the boat and lawnmower and those pumps are the only ones that have it. There are 3 other pumps as well like it.

Does the person buying diesel think of me if I need the non ethanol? LOL!

I had a guy flip out on me for blocking the only diesel pump with my truck and boat, only side open that would fit my truck and trailer. I just laughed and told him he was just jealous I was going fishing during the week. He called me some choice words and stormed off. I just laughed.

I hardly ever park in front of the store. I don't like having to back out of anywhere that has traffic. Ill park at the pump if nowhere else. With that said I'm usually getting gas if i stop at a station and nothing else.

It’s a matter of consideration. I would use another pump if available. If there are two empty pump islands, I pull up to the front one so someone can use the one behind me.

Pet Peeve; you just have to accept the fact that most people do not even consider that.

I try to avoid a pump that has diesel because the pavement around the pump is always slimy with spilled fuel. Those pumps are a last resort.
There's lots of decaffeinated brands that are just as tasty as the real thing.

What the hell is up with that. Are most diesel drivers retarded? I drive a diesel at work and have never spilled fuel, yet most pumps have fresh pools of diesel in front of them.

So you're saying the pavement around the diesel pumps is as clean as gas only pumps? One drop of diesel will spread like crazy let alone hundreds of drops every day.

The little bit of gas that gets spilled evaporates. Diesel does not, so even a little dripping out of the nozzle as you put it back just stays there.

I have owned three 1/2 ton diesel trucks and one GMC Canyon midsize diesel. I definitely had people glare at me more than once before they realized I was actually using the diesel pump to fill them up.

I never fill up @ a pump with diesel because one time years ago i got a tank full of diesel in my wifes Honda Accord & it cuased all kinds of engine problems. I went back verified i had used the gas side of the pump. Not sure if the plumbing got crossed or their was some diesel accidently put into the stations gas tank. My wife & I vowed to never use a mixed pump ever again just in case. As for people that stay parked in front of any pump & go in the store, I have no time for that!
