my water pressure guage was not working at all, came to find out it wasnt hooked up, so i bought the fitting that goes into the head, installed it on the right side head, and still no pressure showing up on guage, does it matter what side of the engine you install it on?

I don't know if this is the problem but it's something to try and it worked on the new guage and hoses i installed..
unplug the water hose from the guage and run the engine until you get a stream of water, then hook it back up.. kinda like bleeding brakes gotta get the air out.

On the left side of the block there is an allen screw remove it and then screw in the fitting. Should work if it is a Fast/Truder.
On that motor there are water outlets on both heads, look for the brass looking hex head plugs.
When you get the fitting installed, start the motor, with water attached of course, make sure you have a stream of water at the fitting then hook the hose to it.
