there's a ton of water not apart of the Tenn river that is outstanding. wish we could be like it used to be, 10-13 boats enjoying all the alabama has to offer.
looks to me like the rebels down there have it going, they travel, they fish hard, and they have a great time. To me, that's what this is all about.![]()
Hope everyone has a save and fun weekend, ROLL TIDE!

We have had minimal participation for a long time (myself included). Avery, maybe we should consider dropping the "Northern" division after this month and just fish with the South when we can. I know my work schedule has been very busy and will keep me from participating on a regular basis in the near future. If it had been on Wilson it would likely still be 4 or 5 boats, just different boats. Everybody (myself included) seems to be fishing close to home these days (except for Danny, Avery and a few more!). I know if I get a free day to fish I would like to try Neely Henry, Weiss, the Warrior River, etc. but no one will go to any of these lakes. Maybe we can discuss it some more after the tournament on Saturday. Just my 2 cents.

As much as I hate to say it, I've actually given it a lot of thought over the past several months and I think it's about time to disband the NoAl Chapter for lack of participation as well. I hope not, but this past Saturday's tournament may well be the last of the NoAl Chapter as we've known it.
I'll get with Al and see exactly what, if anything, we need to do to revert to a combined status with the SoAl Chapter.
