I love the fact that stratos has been making quality boats for a long time and therefore there are a enough good used ones out there that I could purchase I high performance bass boat for 5K, thats what I love.

I keep thinking about a new boat, but this one just flat out works. Runs good, looks good, and hasn't let me down. The Yam is a sweet running machine, too.
Although, that 294 is still tickling my fancy...![]()

“A ‘Liberal Paradise’ would be a place where everybody has guaranteed employment, free comprehensive healthcare, free education, free food, free housing, free clothing, free utilities, and only Law Enforcement has guns.
And . . . believe it or not, such a place does indeed exist … It's called prison.”
I love mine, when ya' rod lockers are big enough to lie down in, thats big !! I just wish the 22 ss were rated for 300 hp. Still hauls the mail with a 225 HO pretty good, but I'm having Fred wring some more power out of her in the near future.

I love being able to pass my mate in his Skeeter in rough water and be able to let go of the steering wheel and take photo's of his ride bouncing up and down. I love being able to drive at 55 mph with 4 on board in 20 knots and still be able to listen to my music, and send an SMS on the 'phone. Most of all I love being able to catch Murray Cod and Barramundi in the most comfortable ride around.</TD></TR></TABLE>

I love my boat too!!! I especially enjoy the versatility it has being able to please the entire family. Plus I can fish in 3-5 footers and my feet don't get wet.Almost cried when I put it in storage in early November. Can't wait for winter to be over.

"95 275Pro XL with a 150 Fast Strike. Bought it off e-Bay last Feb. LOOOOOve it!
Had a 78 Monark before that so no comparison. Have fished in a lot of other High Dollars and really enjoy the heck out of this one. Rides bigger than a 17.5', scoots with the 150, and pretty good storage. They could always be biggerAND, its paid for!!!!

I am the original owner of a 94 201 pro xl and can say that the boat has been great...great ride ( a couple ranger owning partners said they wish theirs rode and handled like it).I get compliments on the condition of her at 12+ years old, still original seats and carpet. She wasn"t the fastest but I put a new composite transom in her along with a warmed up yamaha 225 and now she runs with the newer 201s. She is paid for which with new boat pricing is a good thing also. I have to mess with a few things now and then but for as old as she is and the use that she has seen, she's holding up great.... and Iv'e caught loads of fish out of her and won enough money to keep me and my financial manager (wife) happy.
I would and most likely will, buy a new 201 for my last boat (come on retirement!)
