    Skeeter swim ladder.....FINALLY!!!!

I bought the ladder last summer and never got around to installing it. Finally took on installing the ladder. Thanks to my 11yr old we were able to get it without removing the port fuel tank. Had to tweak the upper right arm of the ladder to fit. It sat perfectly level and square as long as it was sitting on the fuel cap. So for just under 400.00 I got an overpriced ladder that needed tweaking to get it to fit. Wife is happy and the kids will be able to back in the boat easier.

I'd love to see some photos. You can upload them to photobucket, and post the links

Nice job! I've all but given up! Is it removable so you can put your cover on?

I took the liberty of uploading the pics to my photobucket

Yes it is removable. There are 1/4in screws that go thru the mount and ladder. I believe I will drill the threads out and use latch pins or something like that, then it can be removed without a screwdriver. If you zoom in on the top pic you can probably see the screws

You could probably get some party barge top pins to fit those holes. The ones that just push in and have a ball on em to keep from vibrating out. Should be on the shelf at your boat dealer

Awesome! It came out great! I agree, the pins are the way to go so you can remove it easily.

This is the one I had been trying to track down. I had gotten a part number only to find out it was the wrong part number. I had ordered it from Reynolds, but apparently they never actually ordered it for me.

I have had this same ladder for 9 years and it has worked great! My cover was made to fit over the ladder. The black stops on the bottom will start to to go inside the tube so keep a eye on that.

Thanks for the heads up on the stops. Did you find a replacement for them or what did you do to remedy it?

Wait...congrats on the ladder, but where did you find it? I've been looking at buying one of those off Ebay and taking a hack saw to it to make it work and look right.

Called these guys up and told them what boat I had, they ordered it without hesitation. Went and picked it up a couple weeks later when I went thru there. I do not know if it will fit a zx200, but my guess is it is probably the same as for a zx250. Mine is an 04
