If you buy anything at Wally World in my opinion you get the lower grade of everything. I had some I liked ok a few years back.i have Willyx glasses and Costa,s now. They are better than the bats but also A lot more expensive. I seem to scratch and lose more glasses than most people anyway. Might try a new pair if the need arises.

It's because a 100-foot maple tree fell on his house, that he's going fishing, and he needs to get Pop's place ready to sell; it really needs work.

Maybe Al can make his announcement stick for a few days 'til he's back. It seemed really important to him.

Somewhere in Ky, an insurance adjuster is getting f'd in the ear for 5 solid hours and will probably commit suicide when he gets home.

My experience only - I had 3 pair of Solar Bats from the factory/online purchase a while ago. The 1st pair broke. I called and spoke directly with the owner about a replacement pair. The OWNER told me over the phone, without ever meeting me or with no knowledge of the size of my noggin, that my head was too large for that pair of glasses. I guess he was clairvoyant. He made me pay shipping to return the pair and he sent me a bigger pair that had styrofoam around the lense frames that was supposed to block the sunlight (ugly and hot). They broke too and I called and he said still too small and made me pay shipping again. I got the third pair and they broke within a couple of weeks and I just said forget it. By the way my hat size is 7 & 3/8.

Well, I tried them...not really impressed.

...and for the record, just cuz something is made of the same material & using the same methods doesn't mean it warrants paying more money.

I can buy a Cadillac, or a Kia....made using the same materials, and same basic methods......but which one is worth more ??

Straight from the owner, Mr. Nesty, the best frame designs for a large head are the Aaron Martens Natural, Jared, Batitude, Jimmy Houston 35, Jimmy Reese 06, Larry Nixon 2. Let me know if there is anything else you need help with!

If I read the info correctly, I see that Rx lenses are NOT available in Progressive lenses. Is that correct?

From what I understand, your assumption is correct.

This thread could use a lot less posting from the salesman. We get it, you are sponsored by them so they are great

Wait a minute.....then they aren't the same as costas.........I mean you tried to compare them to costas cuz you claim they use the same materials & methods, but at least with Costas, you CAN get prescription lenses.

Actually if you read above, I actually said lenses are not the same. They have almost identical light transmission per foot but not same lenses. I compared frames and co-injection process for nose pieces and such to Costas.
