    New to me: ZX225 Skeeter w/ 225 HPDI

    I brought home a 2003 ZX225 Skeeter with Yamaha 225HPDI. The few times that Ive taken it out, I have loved it. Fast and handles rough water well! So far, I am impressed... Glad to be part of the "Bug" family. <u>Thanks to Darryl with Iguana Grafix for hooking me up with some decals!</u>

    If you are the "bling/upgrade" kind of guy...
    consider a troll tray and a vented engine cover...
    I love mine...they make a big difference...

    Its just an extra taillight/breaklight that hooks to the back of the motor.

    I see red drum and speck's in that boats future.

    I spent a limited amount of time in coastal NC while in college some +10yrs ago working for Weyerhaeuser ...... trying to remember what largemouth waters are close to Kitty Hawk ....... Mattamuskeet, Neuse, Pamlico ... I guess Roanoke and Chowan wouldn't be far.

    Again, nice ride, you'll love how stable a fishing platform they are.

    Thanks! Our bass club fishes roanoke river, chowan river, scuppernog river, kitty hawk bay, pasquatank river, yeopium river, perquimans river, little river, and north river. They are all within 1.5 hours away .
