What brand is it. At this point i'm gonna assume its a Rule pump. If so there are 2 tabs on the side. "Squeeze" them and at the same time turn counterclock wise (i believe) then pull out.

Alright I got the pump out to look at the casing. The casing is the part the leak is in. Anybody know how to get this out? I might just put some caulking on the outside and hope it holds. haha Through The Roof would probably stop it.
When you say casing, your talking about the part that holds the pump? You could buy just that or like you said try some silicone. Not sure how easy it is to get to is but if you have to take it out might as well replace it.
