Lookin for a little help

Hey guys my brother just bought this boat and he was wondering if I could help him find out anything about it. He tells me everything works prefectly, it was well taken care of and there is hardly a mark on it. He just bought it and his little boy fell in love with it...He was just curious if there was anything that he should be aware of with it, any problems with this model in the past or any trick to help him out with it. He knows the year make and model info about it, just wondering if there were ever any hull or transom issues that he should be looking for, thanks guys for the help

Looks mint for sure. Buddy of mine had one similar, maybe older. He had rot in the cockpit floor and some motor and electrical issues.

There's wood in the boat...glad I asked, I didn't even think about it...thanks I'll have to let him know about that for sure!

most boats, even basscats had and have wood in them. the issue would be if it is vaccum sealed or not. I am guessing but i would say that year would not be sealed.

I had one for 10 years, it was a 1990 with a 70 yamaha. I sold it in 2000 to a friend, he died in 2005 yet whoever ownes it now is still running this boat as I still se it around. The only problem I had was spider cracks on the front end. That was a great little boat. I sold it because my family outgrew it.

Thanks everyone for all the help, I"ve talked to him about it, he appreciates all the help and loves the boat, It sounds like it still has a few good years left in it.
