How big are the fuel tanks in 01 Skeeter ZX225

How much fuel can you carry on this rig? I think I have water in my fuel and need to drain it. Any ideas on what would be the best way?

Also with the dual tanks, when the lever is set to dual I'm assuming the fuel is being pulled from both tanks at the same time. This is a dumb question but anyway, I assume when I put in the gas, i have to put equal amounts in each tank right? It won't level itself out?

I beleive all ZX225's have dual 25 gallon tanks..and yes, you have to fill both equally..

Probably the easiest thing to do is unscrew your cap feeder line and get a hand crank siphon

I don't think that it is absolutely necessary to fill both tanks equally as it will always pull more from one side than the other anyway.

I just meant they both have to be filled, one side won't drain into the other side...

No they don't drain,each must be filled separately.Did you notice 2 separate gas caps?

my old boat was a 01 zx225, it held 50gal, 25gal on each side, i always had mine set on duel feed so it would consume from both tanks, but the left (passenger side) always consumed more i guess due to the extra weight of the trollin batteries on the passenger side, my 07 zx 200 does the same thing

on my 01 zx190 i can put more in one tank and it will level itself out.
