getting some water in some of the storage..where to start looking (06 20I)

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and where to start. This is a hard problem to find...at least for me.
I'm getting water in 3 compartments.
    1. The center tackle storage. ( the one with the dividers for the tackle storage) This one is the bigest problem as some water is getting in the plano boxes and rusting my hooks on jigs. I had to throw away 4 the other day)
    2. Under the day box just in front of the console. This one is baffles me because there is no water in the small day storage, just under it.
    3. The starboard storage just behind the driver seat.

If I can get this water leaking problem fixed I won't have much to complain about. Any suggestions on what might be the cause and the process to find the leak.
    thanks,

Bring up here it won't be water it will be ice. Sorry had to do that one.

Look around the storage openning channel and screws to see if it could be coming through the screw holes (might silicone), Openning Channel a small hole. Might take out tackle and try pouring a small amount of water and look to see if you can find the leak.

Mine doesn't get in the rod boxes but every time you bring the trolling motor up that water trails all the way back and ends up on the floor under the drivers feet.

I don't see any drains around the rod box lids.

I had similar leaks, I poured water on the metal deck lip and watched. One of my compartments leaked through the lock box (probably will end up being a dealer warranty replacement), the other was in the far right corner of the starboard rod box, right in front of the driver's concole, it seemed like it was leaking on a weld or were the metal meets the fiberglass (I believe this is the same area as yours) - I think this will take some silicone to patch.
