I wanted to see if it's possible to replace those? I already have wear on mine, and dont want them to break when flying down the lake, like they did on my friends.
If it is possible, how? and where would I get new ones?

The bungee just runs through the hole and ties off to a eyelet on the underside of the rod locker. You just need some bulk bungee cord which you can find for sale on the internet. I think the size you need is 3/16" diameter but it could be 1/4". You may have enough extra bungee under there now that you can untie it and just cut some off. I was able to do that to begin with but now mine needs completely replaced.![]()
