Rev limiter?

Is there a rev limiter on a 2001 Ficht 115?
If so at what rpm does it activate?
I'm trying to see how far off the tach is.
The dealers computer shows its never been over 5900 rpms even thought my tach shows 6500 rpm.
I know thats to high and I've been told 5800 rpms is as high as I should go.

I will have to look that up, cant remember the 115, Seahorse, do you know???

Have your dealer run it with the computer hooked up, that would be the best way to check the tach.

I remembered the post-it...

The rev limiter is 6500 RPM, Do Not Run this motor at that RPM.

The operating range is 5500 to 6000.
