Not that I have seen ....I think only the i Class comes recessed but I may be wrong.Check with your local skeeter boys and then let me know too![]()
According to the Skeeter website under options/features, its an option on both line of boats. Many of the things you're used to seeing on loaded up Skeeters are options but the dealer orders them so often people think they are standard features.
Most dealers now are ordering the iclass boats pretty loaded and leaving the ZX series boats a little more plain. This only adds to the confusion, so it's best to check the options/features list.

Thanks KD...The link provided suggest that both are standard...ie the link shows the recesed TM and moduler console without the footnote "option". When you go to Dawson's website http://www.fishingworld.com/vD...arine and look at new 07s, none of them have either. I will give the dealer a call...thanks........![]()
Looking at the section titled Power and Performance Options, the 3rd one down is Foot Throttle and Pro Trim. Then, 11 up from the bottom of that same section is list the Adjustable Trolling Motor Foot pedal. Since it has a dot by each boat in the ZX lineup, it's optional on all ZX boats.
At least, that's how I read it. I clarified that because at first I thought I was getting the hotfoot and the trolling motor pedal confused, but it lists both under the same subtitle.
They have two sections for Power and Performance...one is standard features and the one further down the page is options. It's the same for the iclass and the ZX.

2007 zx hads recess pedal not a option the height is a option lock pin to adjust it up or down.
The model year changed in June but the change in boats did not happen until later (probably Sept. or Oct.). The 2007 ZX250 they have in stock was sent to the dealer before the changes had been made.

Hey guys!
There are 2 versions of the ZX Series 190, 200, & 225s floating around.
1)There is the early model of the 2007 which is identical to the 2006 style, but with the 2007 model year designation tag.
2)Then, there is the NEW 2007 Model which was released about October. The NEW 2007 model, does have a standard recessed troll motor pedal, modular consoles, and new styling on the hull.
The NEW model 2007 ZX250s will not be available until about Jan. 07
Hope I helped. Have a good one!

Yes you are correct![]()
I have been enjoying my 2007 zx225 - your option number 2 that you mentioned.
As of now I am the only one in South Texas traveling to the lakes with this new slick classy model. I love the changes they made to the zx225.

That should be a good one. IMHO, that's the best time of year.

Too bad it's December now and the website still isn't current. I wonder how many potential customers are out there looking that same info over and configuring boats in their mind, all the time using bogus, outdated info.
That would drive most guys crazy, knowing the number of hours most of us spend pouring over the details before we order a boat.![]()
