Let's put the gas issue to rest

Ok, the only reason I brought up the gas issue was I have heard occasionally the hose going to the tank being a little long causing a dip or kink and it is easily fixed by shortening the hose a little,

I do want it to be known that it WILL be fixed I have been assured. Even if I just need retraining on how to put gas in, its going to be taken care of. It needs to be said that I was contacted by the factory and the dealer (Without any initiation on my part they contacted me) and assured they are going to do whatever it takes to get it right if it's not already. This has been the case with every request I have ever had and the customer service has always been second to none. Junior at sportsman center has taken care of me from the get go.

Anyway like I said they saw here I had an issued, pulled my original boat order got my phone number and called to check on it, don't know many manufactures or dealers that would do that without being asked by the customer

There is no doubt that Mark & his team there in customer service know what they are doing and monitoring the BBC "chatter" at times can be very useful information to them back there in Tullahoma.

Great example on how it's done by Mark & team.

Exactly. I don't believe any of us on the Phoenix site complain just to be complaining; we are looking at how we can improve the very few issues we have and hopefully the feedback results in improvements and even fewer issues for new bird owners. I personally have been treated outstandingly well by the folks at Phoenix. I've never met any of them except for our regional rep, and I'm still treated like I'm their mother NONE BETTER (yes, I did shout that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).
