I've seen powder coating done on steel wheels but I don't know about aluminum wheel. If you get part of the wheel done now that would look sharp. How about this place they are in your neck of the woods. http://www.custompowdercoating.com
You need to know what material they are made of, lot of them wont touch a magnesium.
By buddy that owns Kustom Werx here in town paints wheels as well. They hold up and look amazing. I would consider that, or replacing with black like I did.
