Navionics charting questions - need help with charting?

I just bought and installed Navionics + on a Gen2 9-Touch unit. My question is how do I determine what the various user chart details are under the menu area for the chip. Example: you can select what to display on your chart like "drying line, light sectors, spot sounding, etc... Where do I find definitions as to what these selections are so I can best determine if I should select them or not based on my use? I have tried searching this thread but couldn't find what I was looking for. I have also searched the Navionics website for help but to no avail. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks but I was more referring to this menu: what are these things? I'm asking to help reduce screen clutter and free up more memory but I cannot determine what the items are since no description is provided. Simply saying select them all does me no good. Thanks for the chart notes however.

Most of those items are in the ocean/coastal so they won't be on the maps you use for freshwater. It makes no difference if they are turned on or not. There is no data to process.
You will see that when you look up the items in the Nautical terms link.
