gambler test ride love it and hate it

man i have been fishing with a budy with a 2100 and 225efi and he finally let me drive it yesterday and i loved the mid range and top end but it was Extremly hard to take a tur at any slower than 50mph and it got really hard to drive and i would say borderline dangerous when it was trimmed down the boat just wants to cutt and i live in louisiana and all i fish is shallow canals with alot of turns and i want to know if this is just me having a hard time driving this thing or if other people have a hard time turning this beast at slow speeds with out having the nose up in the air.
ps. i besides that one scary experience i think gamblers are bad a$$

It's all you .................I have a prop built for shallow water that pops the boat up on pad and corners real well.With the tabs down it will make a left turn at about 14 MPH and a right one at 16MPH.With that being said I would say it takes just a little while to learn the finer points of driving one.It aint brain surgery but not a point and shoot boat either.

After a little seat time in one you learn how to drive one.. It took me less than 2hrs to learn wot but almost a month to learn the finer points of the Gambler... I don't even think about driving in turns anymore it's just natural to me now... As has already been said once you have more seat time they can be driven well at about any speed you desire but my favorite it as hard as she will run....

I will agree that I have slowed down some but it's more like 85 than 65.... How you getting alone in this heat... Been 100 plus for a while hasn't it.....
