I run a tempest (different prop) but anyhow: 2 large plugs and 1 open (removed plug) is my set up.

I have a 191 that I run a Trophy on but it is the old one with just small holes drilled in it. It has been a great prop
The 23 Tempest Plus will probably be the best prop for you, but the Trophy will do well if rough conditions...
Bear in mind, the Trophy should be best at one pitch below the Tempest...

No to the FnR. Never got one right for my boat.
As a general rule, the 4 blade should be one pitch lower than the 3 blade.
