1999 200 johnson or 1998

Bought a used 200 hp johnson the seller said it was a 1999 but the motor tag says 06 1998. Is this a 1999 or a 1998 model Mod#j200pleeb ser# oo4541969.
Also asked my dealer to check the carb jets the were all #67 what would you guys recommend. I have seen posts saying #2 should be larger. Thanks for the help.

Shows to be a 99, i don't think the #2 applies but I would defer to the gurus here on that one.

96 and newer dont need it only the early models like my 1993.

So you think the 67 jets are ok and should be left alone or will a larger set increase the life of the engine and boost performance.
