just installed a 1999/2000 carb 225 HO on my stratos and that motor is one awesome beast. I am under proped by a bunch right now but even with that she almost hit 70 MPH GPS. I must say that ChampionMan is a whiz at installing and checking the motor out. Kudos to him for a great job, now on to a new prop and maybe 74MPH?

hey Doc, have a 25 P tempest on it right now hole shot is awesome but she wants to spin to 6600, so I feel a bigger wheel, ( champ also thinks so) will bring down the rpms and give more bite, probably be able to break 72 with a 27 temp or a 28 raker

I think ya better have ya tach checked......:) if it is a true 25 tempest, i think it would be hard with your combo to spin it 6600, but maybe not.... i know mine with a 25, 26, or 27 trophys or tempest with some work done to it
