Smartcraft guage has no speedometer reading and tells me I have low or no oil warning when both tanks are full. On the speedometer the only working readings are the air temperature and time. Customer service gave me information from Merc for setup that had no effect.

I would think Mercury should handle this issue.
I would ask them, ( I would "tell" them) if you can take it to your nearest Merc dealer and have it taken care of.
