Evinrude issue

I recently went to Kentucky on a fishing trip. Also the first time taking my new rig out. I noticed as my partner was dropping me in that my engine was bouncing around allot. Every bumb we hit on thr ramp caused my engine to bounce all over. Any clue to what the issue may be. 2000 Ficht 2000 210 Blazer??????????????

Low fluid level or air in the trim unit?

Loose steering components?

It must be low fluid I checked out all the components. I will check that fluid thanks..
