Is there much difference between the Ally Foil and Bryans Foil?

Don't shoot me for asking. I have been told by several that I should put a foil on my XB2003.

Bryans foil was a copy of the Allison which was an patent infringement.

I am lmost positive he still makes them and he will tell you his is not a copy. I have argued with him about it.....lol

Darris has talked to him, (a year or so ago) and got him straight on the copy/patent thing at that time.
If he's still selling them I would like to know.

Let me back up and not make an accusation. I dont know if he is or not. I just saw a thread where someone was directed to contact him about one. He may have very well told them he didnt make them anymore. Sorry bout that. I would hate to accuse the fella and I may very well be wrong.

I don't know if he is either but when something is copied, doesn't only 10-20% has to be changed in order for it to not be infringement. I used to have both. The one Bryan sold was alot better. Thicker, stronger, and the opening was different.

I have been told Bryan's was a better plate also. Never seen one but, have heard the same thing.

Didn't Bryan also build them in Carbon Fiber? It was one SWEET looking foil!
