What is a special 21 regulation. I read that the lake has one but cant find on google what the heck it means.

i fish west point 3 to 4 times per year never heard of anything like that

I live in LaGrange and fish West Point year-round. I have never heard of what you are asking.

There are regulations about State Fishing Licenses. Alabama license is good from the Hwy 109 bridge to the Dam. All waters South of Hwy 109 bridge. Georgia License is good in all waters.

Largemought = 14" minimum to keep
Spots = 12" minimum

thanks one of the fishing reports on the web that one of the guides puts out mentioned the rule. must be 21 to drink licker or sumpin.
