Underwater?? D'you sink your boat.......must have a Ranger....
If it's one of the newer ones, it will probably be ok. Open it up and let it dry out. Plug it in and try it.
Mine was under water for like 3 days (forgot to pull the plug and it rained real bad) and after i drained everything let it dry about a week I plugged it in and all was fine
