Well my LG plasma TV is brokenIt is probably 6 or 7 years old now and it has been giving me issues for the last 2 years. Now it won't even turn on!! Are these things worth trying to get fixed or should I get a new one?? Thanks

If you got 6 or 7 years, I'd say you did good. The picture went our on mine Monday, and it wasn't near that old. Replaced with a 32" Toshiba LED.![]()
Hate to hear that. You can have it looked at, but it'll probably just as cheap to replace it and get a warranty.
Our's is about 6 yrs old. The great thing is it won't be near as expensive to replace as it did when we bought it.

I don't know, but probably cheaper to replace depending on size of TV.
Depends most things today are disposable due to more expensive to fix than to replace.
My friend tried fixing his and he kept throwing parts at it to the point it cost him 80% of what a new TV would cost. He ended up buying a new TV.
Kind of same thing my lane leather recliner broke last weekend after owning it 2 days over a year. What it was going to cost me to repair the clips that hold the springs in it the cost was only 20% more to get me a new laz y boy leather recliner. Just wasn't worth fixing even though the leather was in good shape.
