Well i am completely amazed at the response i just recieved from this place. A little history on the situation first. I purchased my boat from cajun new. it is still under a complete warranty. i dropped it off two days ago for its yearly service and to have the live wells repaired (port side wont recirculate, starbord wont pump). I asked if I could get it back by friday, atleast the live wells (want to fish false river friday night) they said they would see. I called back today and they said they couldnt; it would be 3 weeks before they could touch itso i said i would pick it up and the parts i need for the livewells and fix it myself (not that difficult to do) and asked when i could schedule an appt for the service needed (oil change, fuel filters, check plugs, etc). they said they do not schedule appts...i would have to leave it with them for 3 WEEKS IN THE WEATHER!!!!! i said yall dont make apts? he said nope never worked before. so my amazement is what kind of business cant manage apts? maybe they need a new service manager? and i wonder if they would pay for any damage done to my carpet, gel coat, plastics, electronics, if i left my boat out there in the elements for 3 weeks? anybody know another skeeter dealer around? im done with them....
