what is everyone's opinion -what would be the major cause of ventilation-(most frequent)
-The reason why I am asking is that I recently heard from my shop that the problem i was having on my motor is a ventilation issue/set up. Since i have some down time I pulled the prop off and plan to get it blueprinted or recondiioned.
I called skeeter and check where the settings on the jp should be and they match up. The only thing left is the prop(which does have some dings on it) no bad though.

My motor likes to surge around 5500-5700 rpms. It does this for like 3 seconds than it stops. I took it to my shop and they looked over everything. (Put it on the dyno and ran it even) They call yahama to see if they would approve them taking it on the water to do futher testing(since it is a year old)but yahama told them they did all the test needed so they came up with a ventilation issue....... So now since I have down time I pulled the prop off and plan to drop it off tomorrow to get redone up.
