Looks liek I gonna get screwed

Before you guys even think it I not going to loss my job, but I am going to get screwed around on what shift I have to work. I thankful to have a job right now with the economy the way it is, but I really think they are giving us the shaft with what they are doing. Right now we have 3 " value streams" that we work in the are grouping the 3 VS togather 1 is on 12's the other 2 are on 8 hr shifts. One of the 8 hr shifts is going to lose there night and evening shift, so the are going to make us all resign our position and so SOB that don't even work in my VS is going to get my job on days and I going to have to go back to nights.
I sure that if I want to stay on 12's I going to have to go back to night shift( I don't want to do that) I hoping I either don't get bumped or I can get on evening shift.
