Torque Specs

Does anyone know what I need to torque the thermostat cover bolts to on a 2005 Yamaha 200VMAX (VZ200TLRD)?

What about the pressure control valve cover bolts?

For my OX66, the pressure control valve specs are 2.9 (first) then 5.8 (second) lb. ft. I don't see one for the thermostats unless they go as part of the exhaust cover. If so, the torque specs are the same as the pressure control (2.9 then 5.8).
