Down here in Oklahoma!!! Shouldn't be much longer for you fellas in KS. Our H2O temps were in the High 40's. What a difference a day and a different lake can make. No bigguns. My biggest fish was probably only 16". Most of them were around 13-14". Wish I could go back today.

Brad.......one of our Co-workers in Omaha has a son that house house down on there........H has said the same thing that is not a Bass-Mans paradise by far.....you can catch them and he see's tourneys down there all the time but didnt know how much Bass was actually caught out of there......but there are a TON of Stripers, Crappie and other Toothy Critters there.............Not saying you cant but have had similar reports from him.
Other than that I bet its like any other lake......you just gotta know where to fish for them........and He is one that DONT

fishing the TBF state qualifiers....stripers are a pain in the arse....but the lake has some big smallmouth...had one on saturday that went 4-3 and one on sunday that was 3.5 partner had one weigh 4-10 on sunday....but your right it can get tough for bass....finished 6th saturday with a weight of 5-10..and 3rd on sunday with 5-8

If Im correct she's been through this before. It's a little different with the second child. My wife never stopped me from going.
yea this is her second one....i would leave for like 4-5 days or somethin like that for a little while but she really dont care to much since its just a 1 day thing
