Water pressure fitting

Where do you hook up water pressure tubing on the motor? ( f 115 4 stroke)

There's a 14mm bolt with an orange gasket on it right under the pressure relief valve. That is the plug to remove and replace with the WP fitting and tube. This is on the oil filter side of the motor.
