Do you guys know if there is a blow out ring available for the HPDI's that will help with a Trophy prop. Took the kids skiing with my trusty 25 Trophy and it ripped them out of the water (wakeboard) but when the boat went to break over big time blowout (trimmed all the way down and jackplate all of the way down as well - propsahft 5" below the pad)
Not sure that plugging the hole is going to solve this one (I haven't tried that approach yet)

Champ I think you would be better off getting a Bravo 1 and getting rid of the trophy. The bravo will not blow out when the boat lays over but it will need vent holes put in it. I have run a lot of the trophys and that is one thing that is hard to get out of the prop. Not sure it the ring is going to help but just slow the hole shot down.

You can get a plastic one at most dealers or contact Mark Croxton, he makes a nice alluminum one for $25. See the "props" thread.
