    They now say it will be 368.40 by Thursday. They also said that below the dam was comming up 4 inches a minute yesterday at one time and this is a record for what they have pulled threw Barkley Dam in 45 years.

    So is Mile marker 0 where it flows into the Ohio or in East Ky? Yeah I know stupid question I can't remember them ever closing it off to boaters.
