NEXT Saturday, April 10th, 2010

The Kentucky West Division of the Fishers of Men National Tournament Trail will host an open tournament on April 10th on Barren River Lake. The tourney will be held out of the Barren River State Park Ramp. This is a team tournament but you may fish solo.
Entry fees will be $60 per boat.
$5 per entry will go to assist the Kentucky West Division.
Purse will be divided as follows: 1st-50%, 2nd-30%, 3rd-20%
(Sample: 30 boats = 1st-$825, 2nd-$495, 3rd-$330)

The limit is 5 bass. Largemouth and Smallmouth - 15", One 12" -15" lm/sm slot fish per angler, Spotted - 12" (determined by jaw-line)
Tournament hours - safe light until 3:00 P.M.
Call Joel Franks at 270-579-4085 for more information or to pre-register. Boat Numbers will be assigned by order received.
Entries will be accepted at the ramp beginning at 4:00 A.M.

There will be a $10 Big bass pool - totally optional

That's the 2nd "You better be glad" you've thrown out this week. I thought a man with your age and wisdom would know that loose lips sink ships. I hope your livewell will back up that mouth at the rally!

Sounds like a good move. The FOM National Championship is going on down there and they are wearing them out! 138 limits out of 143 boats!! 27 lbs leading after day one. 18 lbs to be in top 50. Should be a good trip!!!
