I am possibly planning a trip to Dale Hollow next week with my dad. He is not a real big fisherman but I would like to get him on some fish so he might become a little more interested. Any suggestions on the best way to put some numbers in the boat. Doesnt matter if it is smallies or LM's. I have heard the fish are starting to move up pretty good. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
shiners and I am not being a smart***. If I was taking a kid fishing or when I have taken my dad to Dale I have used shiners because it is a no brainer there. Four pound smallie is a four pound smallie.
doesnt take a pro to work a jerkbait, they should be getting close...tell him to mix up his pauses (unexperienced people dont have a problem with repeition and habits)...he should be just fine..
