    Finally finished with the house. Here are some pics.

    As some of you know I have been remodeling a foreclosure I bought a few months back (A flip this house project.) that has taken all of my free time up. Well, I'm finally finished after putting in lots of hours in the evenings and every weekend. Probably the hardest I've ever worked on anything but one of the most rewarding. Here are some before and after pics, hope you don't mind if I share. It was fun but I'm glad to be done and back to my normal life and fishing now again hopefully. It is also up for sale now so if you know anyone looking in Shively let me know. I did all of the work myself. The only things contracted was driveway paving, windows, and countertop installation (got a deal on that one). The hardest part was refinishing the hardwood floors under the old carpet, that was a bi$@h. Doubt I'll ever do that again.

    The inside of the house looks great but the thing that takes it to another level for me is the landscaping. Had to look twice just to make sure that was the same house.

    Yes I did. But I love doing that kind of stuff. My desk job all day kills me. Thanks for all the nice comments. Just hope it sells quick.
