I have a 2002 225 opti with smartcraft with the small led screen. I would like to convert over to the newer two gauge set up with display. I was wondering if I had to get a different wiring harness or something to accomidate the new gauges.

If you currently have ANY Smarcraft instrument that is functional... you already have an existing Data Cable (or Can-Network Cable) in place.
A junction box would be required to accomodate the System Tach and Speed Gauges.
You could also replace your existing System Monitor with a MercMonitor (various levels of this instrument are available).
