    Replacing "enclosed" trailer lights.....

My 2007 Triton trailer has the type of trailer/reverse lights that fit into the trailer with a rubber grommet around them. The trailer light wiring is completely enclosed in the trailer frame. (Hope I'm making sense)

I need to replace one of my reverse lights. Do I just carefully "pop" the light out of the trailer frame to do this? Also, for those of you that have (or have gone to) LED lights, are they worth me switching to that style (i.e. brighter, etc.)?

I believe I have the same style lights on my trailer Jig. Just pop it out, unplug it, plug the new one in and pop it back in. Pretty easy.
